BASKETBALL SKILLS TRAINING(BB)
LPA provides basketball skill work in 3-4 person groups. We place the players together based on skill, size and ability. In these hour workouts, we focus on the following:
* Dribbling the ball with both hands while closely guarded
*Making layups and short jump shots
This training if for 2nd to 7th grade players who are interested in playing in high school.
ADVANCED SKILLS TRAINING(AST)
This training is for high school aged players who would like to play in college and beyond. This training will be more intense and is one on one or maximum 3 players. We focus on basketball IQ and decision making as well as game speed movements against defense.
SPEED STRENGTH AGILITY TRAINING(SSA)
SSA is great for all players middle school and above. We provide functional resistance training, vertical leap training and basketball conditioning training.
